For exporting flat video, which means you select a certain angle in the 360 videos to export, the resolution is 1080p. Any cushioning or barreling should be fully 100% corrected for this to look like real cinema shoot ... coming form a Hollywood Blockbuster movie , the likes of BEN HUR from the 60's, where this was used..

Auto mode is only available for 360-degree videos with LRV files. The 360-degree videos of 4k50fps、4K60fps、3k100fps don't generate LRV files, so Auto mode doesn't show when you open them through Insta360 App. There are some prerequisites for mobile devices to use Auto mode: * iPhone： Please use iPhone8 or above * Android： Please use Android phones with RAM＞4G If mobile devices don't satisfy the prerequisites above, the Auto mode won't show.
