Shit. That whole “energy is currency; invest it well” quote is identical to a thought I had a few months back. I thought it was super profound back then. Now I realize I’m just a basic bitch.

Watching that was a bit horrifying, knowing that there are actually people like this. Couldn't look away either. Like a train approaching a car full of squishy, innocent things.

A year and a half ago I started going to the gym and got a trainer. His idea of motivation was "you have to put in the work if you want to look like the girls you follow on instagram". I laughed in his face. I follow meme accounts and exactly 0 instagram models. I was there to get healthy and fit, not to make my ass bigger, crazy. Needless to say, we weren't a good match.

I love how they spent the whole time talking about themselves and somehow passed it off as a conversation 🤣
