Bro, can you give any advice for the output video format and config? Some videos from after effects when are uploaded on instagram are choppy and low frame rate. I dont have this problem with the same video on tiktok.

hola he hecho reels en after effects en adobe ilustrator y en photoshop en sus medidas 1080x1920 pero al publicar el reel este se le hace un zoom mostrando la imagen o video como no debería, he intentado de todo y nada me ha servido. he intentado con otros tamaños menos y nada.

My box for the second text doesn't have the same animation as yours. It doesn't open from bottom to top, instead it opens up at all four corners if that makes sense

If you are trying to upload the video you got directly from AE it won't work, you can try exporte the project within Media Encoder, selecting an h.264 format
