You are a lifesaver! Excellent, detailed instructions, and in plain understandable English. Even if English isn't my first language, it got very hard trying to understand Hindi videos even with auto-translate captions enabled. I got screwed over by MIUI 14 on my Poco F3. Sure, Xiaomi did a few changes I didn't like, but the worst offender is actually Google and their idiotic implementation of Android 13 and its new features. Several key functions in my phone got broken as a result. I wouldn't have updated from 12.5.6 if I wasn't helping someone with their Redmi Note 12, causing me to go "Oh, MIUI 14 might be good". My stupid mistake.

Tried it on my OP 8T that annoyingly did an OTA update without my approval, forcing it into O13 and unrooting the phone. After a few attempts, disabling driver digital signing, and almost bootlooping my phone, it seems I have managed to root my phone (again). Thanks for the video!

Thanks, the mi unlock tool installed the driver but I still can't get Windows PC to recognise Redmi Note 5 in fastboot mode. I've tried everything. I got to the command 'fastboot devices' but shows no device connected. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

This worked without having to download the fasbootd drivers. The device was automatically recognized. I assume this was handled by a windows update after the video was made.

Of all the custom roms you have tried so far on Poco X3 Pro, have you faced any issue of IMEI number loss or not available ? If yes, then how did you recover your IMEI numbers back ?

It's quite rare to lose IMEI unless you do something wrong. About recovering it, you should make a backup of your EFS partition in recovery or termux. I think there's a video on how to back it up on this channel.

hi, i have a question that im hoping you can answer. Ive followed all the steps up until the steps that are required to enable fastbootd mode. The issue im having is that when i enter the "getvar" command it comes back with "no" but when i enter the "fastboot reboot fastboot" command it comes back with a "Finished. Total time: 8.468s" and does not remain on "waiting for device". Device manager in windows also sees the android phone as a recognized device and states drivers are all up to date. is this an issue? does my poco f3 have dynamic partitions. this is a brand new phone from the xiaomi shop.

Hi Munchy. I have a question. Actually 2. Can you help me with them? I want to downgrade my POCO X3 Pro to android 10. Can you please tell me which is the best android 10 version for POCO X3 Pro. The 2nd question is that I don't have any recovery and whenever I try to install one, my phone gets bricked. So the question is, If I download a fastboot rom in my laptop then I just need to unlock my bootloader and then I just need to get my device to fastboot and then flash the file for android 10 na?

I never installed adb or fastboot drivers on my pc. But in mi unlock tool device is shows ( device is detected ). There's no problem i faced. I am only waiting to 168 hours to try my next attempt. Brother ,i m using poco f3 with miui 13.0.7 global stock rom ,,, i want to unlock bootloder ,,,but if i click unlock while unlocking 55% or 60% my phone automatically power off from fastboot mode and keep charging ,,,,and then if i go fastboot mode again the unlocking process resume from 55% / 60%,,and say request parameter error ,,,,is this for driver issue,,?? Can u tell me how to fixx this ,,,my pc is Amd ryzen 5 3500 + gt 710 gpu

Bro in my case when I enter into fastboot mode then connect it to the pc fastboot mode disappears. It says "Press any button for turn your device on". Whereas I have installed all the drivers and what's so ever. I faced this problem literally every device I have. It's really frustrating! Do u have any solution for this?

need to install fastboot drivers and of course, if you reinstall windows then drivers will have to be installed again
