Gracias por la información. Tengo un rdmi note 8 Tenés idea si con este tipo de rooteo se puede deshabilitar el tema de los carrusel de fondos de pantalla y las publicidades? Es esto posible sin que se averíe el teléfono cual sería la forma? Estos equipos son muy buenos pero la publicidad y esas cosas son algo molestas. Gracias

I love the video and understand it fully, but for someone not Technical minded it might be a bit confususing since you mix up TWRP and Orangefox several times through the video and even in the title - this video is for installation of Orangefox recovery, not TWRP. You ought to fix that😉

Gan mau tanya kemaren setelah instal twrp..langsung gas kustom rom...tapi batrainya ngebug di 50 dipake dari jam 6 sampe 12 ga ngurang...di cas juga g nambah..alhasil saya balikin lagi flash pake stock recovery karna lupa bacup dan persentase batrai normal..itu kira" apanya y yg harus di ubah" Gonta ganti kusrom 3x hasilnya sama...

Try to "FORMAT" from Orangefox. "Format not "factory reset". Or if you want to safe your data... Install original recovery via minimal adb or ADB fastboot tool. Btw... are you sure your device is redmi note 8 (ginkgo).. not redmi note redmi note 8 2021 (biloba)?

Not working because device not showing on device manager.... I think that is different problem. make sure the device is detected properly first.

when i run "fastboot flash recovery recovery.img" I get the following error on the console: target reported max download size of 134217728 bytes sending 'recovery' (65536 KB)... note 8 and note 8 2021 have different codename bro. check your device code. type "fastboot getvar product" (enter) i think your device is redmi note 8 "biloba" not redmi note 8 "ginkgo"
