Recommended settings for this VM: 1- RAM: 4096 MB CPU Processors: 3 or 4 Video memory: 128 MB HHD or SSD Space: 46-64 GB

And Hyper-V as Type-1 Hypervisor (No need to install Guest-Additions). Unlike Virtual Box, VMWare and Proxmox, Linux guests and Windows guests do not need any guest extensions under Hyper-V.

Lovely! I kept getting a license error whenever I loaded the ISO into the virtualbox at the time my virtual desktop is created, instead of selecting generic windows 2019 64! Thank you so much for clearing that up!

Doesn't work!!!!! I get ' windows cannot find the Microsoft software license terms. Make sure the installation sources are valid and restart.' using VBOX 7.0.8 and downloaded the iso from Microsoft like in the instructions. I have the option to select windows server 2022 in the os dropdown but it doesn't work either.

Rebuild the installation without mounting the ISO in your initial install. Mount it after you start the VM.

Why you want to install windows server on virtual box on a actual server? You can install directly as a host operating system

It could be the image you are using is the minimal version. Recheck once!
