Why on earth would you screw into the metal of the drop ceiling grid? I am having a hell of a time trying to find brackets for this type of curtain track meant for clipping onto drop ceiling.

What about if your ceiling is different heights?

For a drop down ceiling, what are the weight allowances that the track can handle without ripping the entire ceiling down? I have used the track on a studded ceiling and it was perfect, but my boss moved to a new building with a drop down and I don’t trust it with about 200 lbs of curtains attached to a drop down ceiling
