Vehicle: 2014 Toyota Prius PHV S-Grade
NOTE: You only need the spacers for head rest metal tubes that is either 10mm or 12mm. My Prius Plug-in do not need the spacers as I think it is 14mm.

Was up with the black spacers? Did u install them ?they come with 4 black spacers

The ones under the headrest? Those are part of the kit. It is what holds the tablet holder from falling.

Ohh... i checked some other videos on this. Basically, if the head rest metal thingy has either 10 or 12mm diameter will need the spacers. Otherwise, like the particular Prius Plug-in I own and drive, you don't need the spacers. Check the next video or update on this.

does your lock switch on top works?

Yes. You do need to push it all the way to the left until you hear a “click” to lock it in place.

it fits ipad air 10.9 or ipad pro 11 inch?

On the label of the holder states, 10" tablet measured from corner edges to corner edges (not screen size). My 6th Generation iPad has 9.7" screen according to specifications. But it is inside a Unicorn Beetle rugged protector case making it a wee bit bigger in size. Here are the photos from my Imgur account...
