After seeing this video, I ordered some for myself. I have to say, it's probably the best $25 I've spent for any kind of aftermarket part for any car I've had. Pretty cheap, super easy to install, and makes the appearance better with the dark smoke color, and super cool visually. I've had them on my car for about 7 or 8 months now, and they still work great. So if anyone is wondering about them being cheap and not lasting, here you go...

Just put this on my '13 focus se. Didn't need the tape, it help in fine after putting the cover on.

Had these for over 3 months. From 90s hot to below freezing. Car wash and power wash. Still my favorite mod for my ST. No car out there has anything like this (stock) $25 bucks! 20 minutes? (If you live in Maine do not get these! I want to be the only one.)

Use dielectric grease on the plug. Save yourself a possible future headache. I ordered & installed these on wife's 2014 Escape. Same set-up, looks great!

Was looking at these for a while man. Your video convinced me to pull the trigger on them. Yeah apparently theres a lot of confusion online about the EU and US models and they potentially get mixed up online often. Hopefully the ones I ordered from Ebay will fit. It ships from inside the US so fingers crossed crossed.

Just fitted some to my focus mk2 and we call them focus not escape here in the UK and they are not short but full length like yours.

For anyone wondering if the double sided tape is necessary: It isn't, it may wiggle without the panel on. But once you put the panel back on it sets it more in place.

I had problems. They both broke. I installed and they worked. Drove the car and tried to adjust the mirrors and they wouldn’t open correctly. As I took them out to see what was up the double stick tale wouldn’t release and the mirrors broke. Both sides. The housing of the bulb was stopping the mirrors from opening. 2013 ST.

Thanks for the vid. I had gotten these on Amazon for my Focus RS with black mirrors and what a difference from the wimpy little dull light and now the black blends with the black mirrors. Thanks for the vid as it helped me put 'em in. Mine fit well but to ensure it, I actually used 2 small Command velcro strips on that same part you used tape and man, they're not going anywhere. Peace.

I don’t know if you’re going to see this, but I installed the same lights, when I turn my vehicle on they are so dim to the point you can’t see them from a far, when my car is on accessory they work just fine? Do you know what the problem could be?

Installed them and they look great. Had them for about a month and for some reason they are super dim and flickering completely when the car is on. Not sure what the fix could possibly be. These did work for the entire month that I initially installed them, just started dimming and flickering out of no where. Any one got any ideas? :(
