I have a 2013 Lancer Sportback GT. Lots of parts swap over and are plug and play for the Sportback. The only difference with the Sportback to the Sedan is after the rear doors, immediately the quarter panels to the rear bumper. I checked the sizes of the doors, same as the sedan man. Lots of parts to the base, gt, gts, ralliart, and even Evo can almost swap over... And yes to answer your question the bumper will be no different, meaning yes plug and play. Should all bolt up just fine. Right now I am getting ready to do a full Evolution X MR front clip swap to my Sportback.

Yes it will work, the only thing you need is the bumper everything else you need you just take off your old bumper

Not really, the Evo X is wider than the regular Lancer. I think it might fit but will require a lot of body work

The evo convention kit bumper would work , the evo bumper are a little to big so they wouldn’t fit just right
