I'm not sure. U might want to check and make sure your antenna in plugged in at the antenna and at the back of the radio

@@blackedoutbandit the antenna is plugged in. I spoke with the techs from Rockford Fosgate and they sold me an extended antenna. Works perfect

It was one I got off of Amazon. I'm not real impressed with it but it works. It came with 4 protectors. It was $15 or so

Yeah it is junk. On my buddies bike I just ran the stock antenna in the frame rail and it works good. Best part is its free to do.
