When the snow falls, the pit bikes come out. Unfortunately the snow fell at night and that left us with only a few options. I could have taped a flashlight to the bars, or threw a headlamp on my head, but let's be honest, they aren't bright and we don't have time for that.
I have always had this wild fantasy of building a street legal 110 so on this cold Ohio night I went digging through my parts bin to find the LED light kit that AUXBEAM had sent out months ago.
Let's build a headlight😎

Get some of that black rubber Gromit stuff to go around the plastic to cover the gaps and sit snug with the light that’ll look dope 👌🏽

Can someone explain, if the bike originally has an offroad title what do you need after you install all the street stuff? What if it had a title that doesnt say offroad? Is an inspection of the items necessary prior to getting papers?

My son has KLX 110 and I enjoy your videos so I can upgrade his the deal with the light you didn’t where are you exactly wired it into or did I just miss it I looked in the comments didn’t see it I am assuming that you wired it into the regulator

At least you guys have the option to make a bike street legal. Her in NC we are not so fortunate. At least I don’t think so. I’ve never heard of anyone being able to do this in my state. Maybe I should ask at DMV

for a laugh... try to hook the extra headlight with drill battery (20v) if you have it...give it an experiment and see the result? im thinking to add on my klx300r which doesnt have battery to power a led unfortunately but drill battery maybe will do the trick?

Lol not a for a laugh, I think I'm actually gonna do this. Use a slim DeWalt battery and just charge it up/ switch it out when I need to use the light

Full kit includes fitting directions and Tie wraps just put it in a normal Brown cardboard box saves on the cost for you get it on eBay getting sold see if you can get a load of number plate and get them machine cut out Number plate Main light Wiring Wiring directions and fitting diagram Job done.

Nice bike and video too! Wich one you prefer? the klx 110 or ttr 110. I want to buy a new one but I'm confused. Some suggestions? One like + Sub... you deserve it!

I've never ridden a klx but I just picked up a ttr110 and it's a fun little pitter. I weigh about 140 and it'll move pretty quick probably 45+, enough to put a tear in your eye without goggles lol. Suspension will need to be upgraded if you plan on jumping cause it doesn't take much to bottom these puppies out. Kawasaki does make a klx110"L" that sits higher with beefier suspension and a clutch
