As an update, they finally let me know a week later that they sold out of this product. Thanks for wasting a week of my time.

I can't believe you don't get backpack straps with the stands now. $500 for a stand but no BP straps. WTH

U really need to make a video on installing the shoulder straps only , I just got my back pack straps and have no idea how to use the load lifters ! Very frustrating with no instructions ! This video is use less
