The total would be around 2 lacs for the gate and 1.2 lacs for automation

I used 3 sheets of FunderMax in total for front and back. The sheets costed me around 60K and installation around 20K.

I have a query I am making 10ft gate so how to make frame so that acp or hpl can be fixed .

I got the frame made in iron by a local fabricator and installed FunderMax sheets on top of it. Check my earlier videos, you will find the gate without the FunderMax Sheet.

No idea. I used 8mm sheet and that costed me around 20K per sheet.

Gate pe lakdi nahin, FunderMax ki sheet lagi huyi hai jo lakdi ke texture mein milti hai... Main he alag se khareed ke apni gate pe install karwaya.

This is an iron gate finished in metallic paint. Maybe that is why it looks like Stainless steel to you.

@@atulbaliyan9453 I think ek hi cheez hai but FunderMax is more tightly compressed sheet and way more stronger and durable than the local HPL sheets you get in the market. You see the difference once you compare them both.

I do not really know exactly what you call that material. But the sheet was 8mm thick with dimensions of 2800mm x 1300mm per sheet. I used 3 sheets to cover the front and back side of my gate.

The material is FunderMax and you get it around ₹450 per sq ft sheet.

FunderMax was for 60K + 20K installation as I used 3 full sheets in the front and back... Gate fabrication was around 60K... Painting the gate was for around 30K (spray paint for cars was used)... General hardware was around 25K... Gate Automation & Installation was for 1.3 Lacs... And other miscellaneous expenses around 5K... So total would be roughly around 3.5 Lacs.
