On this episode of FTP Speed Shop we install a Innovative Mounts Traction Bar Kit on Project Prelude. This is a super clean looking piece and gives us the much needed space we need around the bottom of our aftermarket radiator. I am excited to see how this bad boy helps this old prelude handle and launch.

What type of blue is that called that's on your valve cover and intake?

It was a custom blend, my buddy mixed for me.

This can work with out the front engine mount

I am not running a front motor mount. I also am running hassport motor mounts, so there isn't much movement.

Would this traction bar fit the 6th gen Accords? Pretty similar set up

How did you get your cam gears to show like that ?

I marked the center of the cam gears on the valve cover with the lower belt cover removed. Then removed the valve cover and wedged a chunk of 2 by 4 in the valve cover where the timing gear would go and used a 4.25 inch hole saw and cleaned it up with a die grinder.
