Yeah I hope the mustang cooler works, working on installing it this weekend but some of the parts I need for it still haven't arrived yet either :(

Yeah that is my favorite thing about this setup. You can actually hook it up to an OBDII system as well, I wonder if you could hook it to OBDI, you would probably have to ask and see. I just like all the expansion that is built into the system, also with the ability to change dashboards so you can focus on different things, it's just a really nice clean setup.

@@RustyAutoholicGuy I've never seen any sort of gauges or vehicle monitoring system that plugs into obd1 other than a scan tool. I think it would be possible but im not sure it would be feasible for a company to develop because it's not really standardized like obd2. Obd2 has its great benefits and aftermarket tunable ecus have tons of awesome features and benefits I thought really hard about switching to a modern aftermarket setup I think it cost me more to rebuild my obd1 setup the way I did but im so familiar with it and even though my jeep is heavily modified I still have the stock engine and transmission both are modified internally but run just fine on the stock systems and added stuff. I have a 4.6 golen stroker and aw4 transmission. I felt like rebuilding the stock system and adding in my accessories would give me the most reliability and really clean wiring. I go kinda overboard on wiring I even used some deutsch autosport connectors on this jeep. I really enjoy wiring and gauges and that kind of thing. I spent a little time on the onegauge website last night and I think I could see myself using one of those setups. It would require me to redo some of my harness work a little to change sensors but I built the harness in a way that makes that easier. I have a lot of questions for them about sensors. I'm also curious about how many wires run to the screen if it's a single cable or if there's a lot of wire. I'm running 2 spod's that have 8 circuits each and it's controlled by 1 ethernet cable going to the touch screen I can actually run up to 4 spod's on the one touch screen and ethernet cable. I'm wondering if they are using a similar set up or if there's a lot of wiring for the screen because that would make a big difference on where I mount it and if I want to use it because I wouldn't want it in the dash I'm keeping my stock cluster. I'd want to mount it on the roll cage or somewhere that it would need to look nice without a ton of wiring although I can twist a harness down pretty small.

Sorry David! In all fairness this is the 3rd set of gauges I've now installed in my TJ. Yeah the boost leak seems to be new, I need to check on all the clamps again and see if any are loose. I'm currently in the middle of trying to this Mustang transmission cooler installed.

Agreed, my favorite thing about this transmission that it has a granny low first gear and two over drives which for my build seems to be the best for what I'm trying to build which is a daily driver that is also capable of low speed wheeling for overlanding as well.

I don't see why it wouldn't work honestly, it's very customizable and easy to add gauges later on. I'm just indecisive with what I want for gauges in my TJ 😅
