get something padded to sit on. im pretty sure they make one specifically for being on your knees but it works just as well with your ass. I have a creeper with padded back that converted into a little chair as well even cardboard is better than concrete or asphalt.

And do u use the Integra brake cables too?

Yessir. Any 94-01. Use the integra ebrake cables and the integra rubber hose for the caliper

I bought this lift on eBay. I think they are around $1700 shipped on there

thanks for your reply and all your great videos. I just found your channel and have watched quite a few of them and learned a lot. I have pulled a few motors and transmissions out of the 7th gen civics. The way you did it in the video was way more efficient than the way I've done it. Thanks again for doing the videos.

I have a question for you. Would it be possible to put a vtec head on my crv? If so what is involved to make that work?

Yes. Manual CR-V is easier, but basically just a LS vtec kit. Head, head gasket, intake manifold, distributor, gsr water pump, gsr timing belt, head studs, oil line, ecu to control vtec, and very minimal wiring
