Yes. They're switchback LED strips. One wire goes into the turn signal and the other goes into the DRL wire for the same turn signal bulb and the third wire is your negative/ground.

They're white and bright as drl then switch to amber for turn signals then switch back to white when the drl is turned on.

I know the white led was a little hard to see in the day time. I do have photos on my Facebook and Instagram pages of better photos with them on

Not completely strip. I used T tap connectors so they only made a tiny little pinch in each wire in the light’s wiring harnesses to give power to my led strips.

I’m assuming it is some sort of power regulator. Possibly to prevent some sort of shorting or rapid flashing. So I would say it’s probably necessary. I didn’t get it from anywhere specific. It came with the retrofit headlights I bought.

Long story short… yes. The projectors will come all messed up with aim so that will be automatically needed to be adjusted. Sometime later (February 2022) a huge block of ice destroyed my front bumper and the rain got to the wiring. It shorted out the led strip completely so I had to get a whole new led strip set (another $100 some bucks) and crack the headlight open and install the new strip myself and reseal the headlight and reinstall it. The morimoto hid bulbs Dont last as long as they should. Although that one that went out on me could’ve been a defective bulb. All else is okay though. Lenses are still crystal clear like new if you take care of it. That part of it will 100% last

good to hear, these are definitely not cheap so I would hope they last long. I really really want them though

Hey I appreciate that! Yeah clearance is virtually the same. You still have to either pull the inner fenders out a bit or tear the front bumper off to do it. No matter what you install the clearance behind the scenes will pretty much be the same.

Precisionworkz.com the assemblies plus the HID conversion kit needed was 900 some bucks. But that's with all the options I picked for mine. Prices varies.

No. But you will need to buy an H1 hid bulb kit for the lowbeams. 9006 bulbs won't work with these projectors. They use H1 bulbs. You can still use your 9005/9006 bulbs in the brights though. And turn signal light bulbs are the same as before
