ingredients:-
.150 gm boneless chicken
1 onion
1 green capsicum
1 red yellow capsicum
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
salt to
.50 gm salted butter
4 tsp mayonnaise
4-6 bread
2-4 lettuce leaves

Thank you for this recipe! I used to boil the chicken and mix it with mayonnaise, but cooking it in butter is a much better option. I add salad leaves on both sides of the sandwich. This prevents the chicken and mayonnaise moisture from making the bread soggy. It can be kept in the fridge in a plastic wrap or box and the bread remains fresh. 🙂
