LOL I like this guy. He sounds like a voice actor for some Disney cartoon lol. But his advice "Come back to now" I have been doing this for a while. It works sometimes, but sometimes I'm like "... I don't WANT to pay attention. This is effin' boring!!!!" and that is when it doesn't work. I have to find some new way to motivate myself to pay attention.

practical nlp [but does he know that's what he's giving advice about?], i like that for a rush rush university/work setting. speaker also seems passionate about what he's talking about.
