There was one that did it and it worked

It make your face dry dry dry . You can’t put makeup on it . Absolutely rubbish

Puffy eye bags here followed all directions to a t . Dries wirh brownish grey crust. Puffiness remains. I keep looking to see if anyone has any hacks . Waste of money

Thanks for the info one question after it dries can you apply makeup over it. I have seen different opinions I would like yours.

@@lindaschirono, you can not apply anything over it. Or under it. Has to go on clean, dry skin. It’s also tricky to apply right. Feels like superglue on your skin once it dries. Does it work…yes. But the tightening can pull down your lower lids, making you eyes look and feel strange. There is also a white residue that is difficult to blend out once it’s dry. It lasts until you wash it off, but it’s very drying. I noticed the area under my eyes looking more and more dehydrated when I was using it. So….I decided to try the one from It Cosmetics, Bye Bye Undereye. You apply it OVER your skincare, sunscreen, and makeup. I use a light moisturizer, mineral sunscreen (Tula brand) and then a light layer of foundation - once it’s all set, maybe 15 minutes, i pat on a small pea size amount of the Bye Bye Undereye. Keep your face relaxed while it dries. Some times I go in with a second light layer if the first one isn’t enough. I think it feels better and looks much more natural than the PTR one. It’s not as drying to the skin. Also lasts all day.

@@lindaschiroalso, don’t give up if you don’t like the results right away. These kinds of products take a little practice. And you might see different results depending on the type of moisturizer and foundation you use. I personally don’t wear concealer, I don’t have dark circles, so that is one less layer I have to worry about. Good luck if you try it!

Try dabbing a light amount of moisturizer when you see residue. Use a bit less of the product for little to no residue

Yes you can! You should just be careful how you apply it as we found some flaking when the skin wasn't properly prepared beforehand. Have a go and see what works for you.
