Now the trifecta is complete, I believe MBT got the Dark Magician pack, Dzeef got the Blue-eyes pack and now Farfa gets the Red-Eyes pack. Also this was one of the roulette episodes of all time.

There was nothing technical about that, he straight up cheated. He crafted 3 copies each of 2 cards he didn't have and put them in his deck.

Tbf Red eyes has been beyond playable for a while, its just that a) it doesnt do that much, low ceiling for modern yugioh cant really compete b) tries to do 2-3 niche things instead of sticking to just one and c) most plays are too fair and too telegraphed, almost no guessing for your opponents

I had a ton of fun playing Steelswarm on Dueling Network, using Steelswarm Cell and Caller for tribute fodder, focusing on Girastag, and making every card in the deck float using Infestation Infection with Recurring Nightmare for recycling. Good times.

Moving forward, I think both duelists should be able to craft whatever rarity is spun *or below*. So, if the bonus wheel comes up "Craft 1 main deck SR", you could craft a main deck SR, R, or N. That being said, since this was a secret pack craft, it wouldn't have helped with Steelswarm Scout in this particular instance, but I think it also helps balance the randomness, and might encourage either duelist to go for some of the riskier packs. Just my thoughts.

I think that going forward you should probably always get 2 of any legacy pack card from an archetype in Roulette, like the Vanillas. This was a problem with Graydles as well.

Maybe there should be the option to discard SR’s and UR’s from outside the pack to get the 3 for 1 deal for a SR or UR from the secret pack. Might be to overpowered though, but it’s fun to see an archetype build from packs and always a shame if some important cards are missing.

I feel like if an important card in your deck is locked behind the Legacy pack, you should be able to craft 1 or 2 of it like you can if you pull the red-eyes decl or blue eyes deck. Or at least do some pulls or something (despite the fact you most definitely wont draw them like that)

@@farbencut Looking at Legacy Pack's high-rarities it looks like primarily anime, gimmick, or old cards not often part of a broader theme to fill Secret Packs. Stuff like the would-be Dark Synchros. But a few are probably left out just to be crafted as a cruel measure. Check out some of the Dracoslayer in there, definitely not something that "should" be out of the Secret Pack.

14:32 amazed it lasted through game 3 before going against what was said here. That said yes black metal has no once per turn at all. If the search wasn't OPT the equip which is the inferior effect isnt going to be OPT. Also rip Farfa not attacking for 8200 and only doing 7700
