I rolled mine back in March just from stepping off a curb lmao Luckily it didn't break but it was sprained so bad I couldn't put an ounce of weight on it for a week, it taught me to respect the curb though.

But private citizens cannot cause damage to your vehicle for any reason whatsoever. Those cement truck guys would've been sued and charged for felony vandalism. You could just call a tow truck and have the vehicle towed. But putting cement in it caused multiple thousands of dollars of damage that will now come out of their pockets after their term in jail.
