With standard tutorials I agree, but with shorts, I think if you show it first, a large chunk of viewers will move on having already seen what it does. I could be wrong but that's my current strategy.

@JeremyShaferOrigami Yeah, I would try that too, but if it starts with a piece of paper, they won't care about it. But if you show the coolest part of the model, the first 5 seconds of the video, then they will stay. Our society has an attention span of goldfish, so the best part should usually be at the start. You're the one with more subscribers, I'm just trying to help.
