today I am sharing two instant breakfast premix, yummy poha and vermicelli upma premix and make it in under 5 to 10 minutes by just adding hot water... Great option for your day and for when you’re travelling too..
Poha premix recipe
ingredients
2 cup poha
1/4 cup peanut
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
salt
1 spoon ghee
few Curry leaves
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
3,4 chopped green chilli
method
Heat ghee in a pan.
fry peanut until golden.
add mustard seeds, chopped green chilli, curry leaves and salt and saute well.
add poha n roast far 1 minutes.
let it cool completely.
keep in a airtight container and store for a month.
for instant poha
take 1 cup poha in any container or in a bowl.
add 1 cup hot water.
cover and wait for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, open and serve hot.
for vermicelli upma premix..
ingredients
2 cup vermicelli
1/4 cup peanut
1 spoon ghee
salt
few Curry leaves
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
10 to 12 cashew
method
heat ghee in a pan .
roast peanut on low flame
add mustard seeds, cumin and chopped green chilli.
add curry leaves and cook well.
now add cashew and roast until golden.
add salt, turmeric powder and cook well.
add vermicelli and roast for 2 to 5 mint on low flame.
let it cool completely and than store in a airtight container.
To eat, take 1 cup premix
add 1.5 cup boiling water.
cover and wait, after 10 to 12 minutes open and serve hot..
