Although I’ve never tried it with other pressure cooker brands I’m pretty sure they all work similarly

So no need to crack the eggs prior to insta-pot like you did when you went with the boiling water method?

No cracking the eggs prior or shaking the eggs afterwards needed, the InstaPot does the work ! 👍

When it's peeled, is the inside of a soft-boiled egg still nice and hot?

Yes, still soft, I just did it. 2 minutes in the Instant Pot Pro on High, quick release and 5 minutes in the ice cold water although I'm not sure you need the entire 5 minutes. Easy peeling
