It's too bad they discontinued the Thermapen mk4, it was a better probe given how fast it was. The new Theremapen one takes waaaaay too long for getting temps over an open flame. What a shame.

Hi! love your videos!! If you don't mind, where did you get your knife rack? I love that it's wall mounted and vertical. I've been looking around but haven't seen many like it. Thank you!

Woodsom, but don't hang it vertically that was a terrible idea tbh. The knives rotate a lot because their handles are too heavy to hang this way.
