I purchased a large tract from this company 4 years ago and then, as now, you have to be quick! If you are ready to pull the trigger, I recommend getting on their mailing list which will send you an email as soon as it is posted on KZfaq. In my case, I think the post was less than 10 minutes old when I sent my deposit. Legit company and beautiful land.

I really enjoyed the videos that you guys post. But it’s frustrating when you don’t give a price and then when we go to your site to find out it’s sold, but you just put it up but I’ve seen it up a few different times. For people actively looking for land, that can be very frustrating

Is there a precipice behind the trees in front where the driveway ends? Man! What do you do with that crevice hole in the ground? Ia all the 5 acres comprised of a heap of piled on dirt? I want to know what is under the dirt! I imagine that moutaun of dirt, sime day, just slidding downhill over peoples houses and property!
