Hi Jerry, this is a great tool that we'll be integrating to our business so thank you! Some feedback though: We spent some time playing around with the software and noticed that some of the data is inaccurate - especially the comps where it shows "Transfer on death deed / Special warranty deed / Quit claim deed etc" as sold comps. Those figures were ridiculously low thus throwing off the comp. Thanks Jerry!

Thanks, Jerry! You’re amazing! FYI, I ran a vacant home list the other day on Propwire, the information was incorrect, unfortunately. When I skip traced the number and called the owner he said that he didn’t own the property. I’ll try again; hopefully, it I’ll have excellent results! 🙏

Jerry Your'e a flipping Genius! I've been watching your videos all weekend and decided there is nothing to it but to do it. The confidence is there I have a cash buyer lined up he said if I can make him 20% he will buy 2 in 7 - 10 days no budget! I am just having an impossible time getting an agent on the phone even if I find anything close to a distressed property, it seems in my area the hardest part is finding a stinking deal! lol would you just recommend going virtual just to get a deal done?

For the MLS listing feature, it shows agents and their cell phone numbers, but when I download the listing, it only gives their office number. This will defeat the purpose of what I need because I do SMS campaigns. What needs to be done to get the publicly listed cell number as well?!

Jerry hi. Thanks for the tool. It'll save a newbie like me a truckload of $$ in marketing. I'm truly appreciative. I do notice that some of the categories you are using in this video do not appear on my account. I'm logged in and trying to follow along while you demonstrate. For instance, where you see the categories for the search, I have to click a button to see each of the categories I've chosen. Also, the MLS terms are not exactly the same. Can you explain the reasoning here? I'd love some help to become more proficient. I need to start marketing. I'm one of your FlippingMastery students

What do you mean by SATs? Dude you sound rather entitled. This is the best of free RE software rivaling high subscription based softwares out there. It's only been out 11 months but it's already powerful and improvements are being made on a regular basis. It helps so many people get out of poverty. You have to see things in a different perspective. Where else have you seen a software of this capability for free? Be grateful for what you do have.
