Күн бұрын

In March 2021, people entered a private security-deposit box company in Beverly Hills, CA, broke open hundreds of boxes, and indiscriminately seized their contents - collectively worth over one hundred million dollars. Box holders lost their life savings, family heirlooms, important documents, and more. But the people who took their property weren’t mobsters; they were FBI agents.
Today we have with us IJ attorneys Bob Belden and Mike Greenberg. They’re going to share with us the story of an unprecedented FBI raid-and how the Institute for Justice is making sure it never happens again.

It wasn't the government that was unlawful in this instance. It was the men/women in the FBI who filed a dishonest application for a warrant. When I first heard about civil asset forfeiture, I was appalled. A Vietnamese immigrant who had saved money as a waitress to purchase a laundromat had her money stolen. A Christian rock band touring the country, who received money through Free Will offerings had their money stolen. An African-American dude who had saved money to buy his first used car had his money and his mom‘s car stolen from him! And the thieves were the cops! This story invokes in me the same feelings of outrage at the unending, bottomless well of corruption that has seemingly taken over the entirety of our country.

Unfortunately, with the DOJ, CIA, ATF, FBI, DEA and the judicial branch all being compromised to such a massive degree, there is only one solution at this point and it's horrific. Not to mention there are few willing to commit to such actions. We are enslaved by criminals. OK city, JFK, 9-11, boston marathon b*mbing, paradise ca fires, hawaii fires, seal team 6 helo crash, Gulf of Tonkin, wall street crash that caused the great deprassion, Batman movie theater sh**ting, the underwear b*mber, the shoe b*mber, sandy hook, Vegas, coronavirus, jan 6, the Hawaiian official involved in the Obama birth certificate dying after being filmed alive and well when her plane had to ditch in the ocean, the death of the guy who was set to testify against Clinton the next morning, deputy white house counsel vince foster, the mosque sh**ting and that's just off the top of my head.....there's a lot more im sure.
