I bought Montra Rock 2.0 for 28k in 2019. Max 1000 rs per year maintenance charge if any tube or valve issue. Other than that no issues with mine. I go to office using that.

MTB bike is Good for you. Fat bike is used to ride in beaches and more sluggish and sandy area. The shop owner and the employee of the shop owner are less informative about the bikes that they are selling.
