This is episode 3 in my 2024 Acura Integra Type S (DE5) build. In this video I cover bumper removal, PRL intercooler installation, stock intercooler weight, front black emblem install and bumper replacement. Although I did this install by myself, I recommend having a helper. I also found what NOT to do during this install so you can learn from my mistakes. if you watch the AHC Garage installation of the PRL intercooler, I believe they move that sensor to make room

Yeah, saw that after I did my install. I made it work though and didn't have to relocate the sensor. :)

Hey bro… I’m at 3500 miles around 2500 miles a strange rattle started near the passenger side. Anytime I accelerate between 4000-5000 rpm you can hear it. Any gear and mode (exhaust) wondering if you have similar issue

I too sometimes hear what sounds like a buzzing.. kinda like a house fly buzzing and bumping into a window but the sound seems like its coming from within the dash.. I have tried to video the sound a few times and it is almost not discernable in the video audio but I can hear it cleary in the car.. it is easily reproducible going about 35 MPH in second gear and the giving it gas the sound becomes apparently around 4500rpms..

@@koaticus update…. Drop my car off Thursday morning picked it up Friday evening. According to Acura and their employee forums. The issue caused by “HVAC lines” now touching and causing the noise. So after i picked it up…. Now it’s making a raspy/ drone sound now at 3000-3500 RPM. Car has now been at dealer Monday-going into Wednesday with no ETA. I guess delete tried adding “foam” but now car sounds like shit…. Well I’ll update once I get car back.

Its the heater core rattle against the heater box. The heater box's mount might be broken. Tell your dealer that. Check on integraforums a lot of people have same issues i believe.

@@huytruong7370 update I’m drop off my car for the third time. Same issue around 4.5k rpm letting off the gas the whole dash near steering wheel rattles like crazy. I’ll let know your suggestions. But the delete has had my car for about 8 days now. Might have to do research on 🍋 laws

@@XxOrlandoxX209 Did this ever get resolved for you? I know rattles and buzzing are a pretty common problem on DE5/FL5s.
