Hello!
Integrated language skills teaching approach is a whole language approach. Integrating all main skills and sub-skills emphasizes the focus on realistic language and can, therefore, develop learners communicative competence in English (Jing, 2006). In this video, Prof. Dr. Paşa Tevfik Cephe focuses on the issue of skills segregation versus skills integration in language teaching.

In a nutshell, integrated is teaching language as a whole where all skills (reading, speaking, listening, and writing) and sub-skills (pronunciation, vocabulary, structure, etc) are presented together. In segregated approach each skill or sub-skill is presented individually.
