Admission process depends on the college/University, jahan par ye course run kar raha ho.abhi sab jagah ye course nahi aaya.Jahan hai wahan merit base pe hota hai

Yes you can but your years will get wasted. If you are a graduate you can pursue 2yrs teacher edu prog this or next year

I have completed integrated M.Sc biochemistry (5 year) program + d.el.ed + ctet both paper pass kya mai 6-8 class ke liye eligible hu??? Not awarded separate graduation marks or degree.

Since you have done D.El.Ed you can opt for primary teacher only
