It's funny that I've honestly never heard of until like the last 3 weeks of people using blowers on these dryers. Number one I can't believe that anyone would think of that. Number two of somebody came to my house with a blower motor and so I'm going to stick this in your dryer. I would be like pack your shit up and get out. Sorry but I'm blunt when it comes to stuff like that. Not only do these want to be companies or want to be dryer vent cleaning companies put your family at risk. They also put the house that you own or rent at risk. You do have to sneak it out you do have to whip it out if it's metal you can do the rotary brush too as well or the backwards there snakes. But always go and check the exit. Before and after air flow reading is almost a must. The thing that bugs me the most is that we are all adults and no one takes it seriously. Thank you for sharing

HAAAA!! You gotta be kidding me! They just connected a blower and turned it on and left?? Total sham! I do dryer vent service in So Cal and before I do anything, I take an airflow reading at the termination and document it on my invoice. Then I go through the entire cleaning process with a high powered vacuum/blower and rotary brushes. The final step is to document the airflow again at the termination to verify the increase in velocity.

All i got from this is remove the louver/screen for vent, blast it with high air for a mins or two, make sure there’s air flow and put your screen/louder back on...done
