Why doesn’t the website allow you to make same-day reservations? I tried to make a reservation checking in the same day I was making it and it wouldn’t allow me to search for hotels.

The worst thing you can do is make the direct reservation with inteletravel.com, prefer your suppliers, I will tell you why, yesterday I made my reservation on the inteletravel page, enter every detail correctly, when I finish making my book, the reservation disappears and send me to the insurance page, I try to go back and I can't find the reservation, just that happened I called inteletravel, I had no answer, this morning from 7 am I am trying to communicate with them, waiting in line, I They respond now at 10 am to tell me that I must wait 24 to 48 hours !! terrible service!

I am a new agent and i agree that the back office booking tool needs a serious overhaul. I tried to book a trip to Vegas and it would not even show hotels on the strip, even when using the map. I also have setup my personal page several times, saved it and it reverts back to the old info every.single.time
