pressured cooked chicken has a better chance of retaining marinated juices. grilling or pan frying or oven done can dry it out. leaving the skin on or adding bread or cracker or a chip or taco crumbs to keep the juices should have help. the next challenge is a good good scratched pizza verses a professional roach coach chef.
