As we remove and let go of old stagnant energy, we make room to welcome in new beginnings, new opportunities, and new abundance. In this healing session we go deep within, exhuming years worth of stuck and stagnant energy, regaining our internal balance, and grounding everything we don't need for the journey ahead. So before you start, take a moment and ask yourself: "What am I still holding onto from the past that I can let go of? What am I clinging to that could be keeping me from the life I deserve? What can I finally let go of that doesn't serve me anymore?" You will set an intention to let go of these energies and hold it in your mind as the healing takes place.
As this is a particularly intense session, I recommend only viewing in a quiet place where you can be comfortable and undisturbed. Keep some water nearby to drink and maybe a snack if you feel dizzy or lightheaded. Remember, healing is a process and when we remove great amounts of stagnant energy and the energy in our body begins flowing properly again, we can feel lots of strange physical sensations.
