That's one of the best test spots I've seen from you. You should take a truck you've had for a while and see how it does. That's a pretty cool truck. I'm sticking to the axial rr10 bomber for a u4 rig. Thanks for the update! 👍

Cool choice in music and that looked like a great place to test run that buggy. Looks very narrow and tall compared to others in the buggy realm but pretty capable just the same.

Great video Greg! Body panels look fantastic! I do agree in some instances it feels top heavy. I played with my preload a little and went a little further than suggested from the manual and got a lot more offcamber ability out of it. Maybe thatll help you too.

It's e everything a 1.9 Wraith is and more. I really like the actual frame rails. This kit is exactly what i have been hoping a good company would produce. It looks awesome.

I’ve been saying for a while. Flip cages should be standard. You shouldn’t have to tear apart the vehicle to get to the transmission. This looks good

Except in this case which puts the front end in front of the front wheels. Not optimal for this kind of rig.

That appears to be more of a necessary evil of building a cage buggy over an existing rail chassis and pivoting from the front rather than the rear like the yeti

@@TheDeLeonGarageCollection True, I think the whole rail chassis for a U4 truck isn't the best. Harder to put a pivot on a full tube chassis like a bomber, but I prefer the performance that that affords.

i just bought one. will run the cage for a little while then im swapping it with a proline cliffhanger body. it will remove almost a pound and lower the cg by alot. should be amazing to crawl with once i do that.

Element RC is getting serious. In no more than a year they gave us the Enduro Sendero, Trailwalker, Trailrunner, IFS, the Sendero 24 and now this... Team Associated is now a big player in this (sub) genre of the RC world. I'm curious to see how the competition reacts. Axial brought the Capra and SCX3... RC4WD is "revamping old stock" ...TRAXXAS still dormant, riding the wave of success of the TRX4/6 platform might loose touch. Next months should be interesting

the thing is that the trx4 is just better built than the rest of the competition. Unless there's a huge gap in tech from the other companies i don't see traxxas doing anything with their trx4 line apart from new shells.

All the element models come with 2 battery trays a long and a short. You can fit literally any battery in a element lol.

the only down I see on the gatekeeper is that it is too narrow, I wonder if adding bigger spacers or wheels that have hub extenders would help it ?

This kit intrigues me; however, it does not look like it has very good articulation from this video. What can you do to improve that? Also looks like it needs to be wider at the axles. I am sure that can be addressed as well. Maybe I am looking at this too much as a crawler??

What I would like to see is some one set this up as more of a rock racer , sct brushless system axle extenders and run it faster .......... why has no one done this ?

Out of all the Element rigs, I enjoy the Sendero the most. It’s a great base for a build too.

Can one put the IFS on this rig? And how much overdrive are you running? Is it similar to the GOM?

I haven’t tried installing the IFS. At quick glance it looks like it should work, but it’s not listed in the manual under options. I ran my rig with the Stock Option 1 overdrive. The GOM is a bigger buggy.

I’ve been moving the mic, even bought a lapel mic which was horrible... just need to fill in the space with stuff because the room is empty. It’ll get there.

I like the RTR plastic better I don't think I would rather have grey plastic it doesn't look scale then it's going to look messy if you paint it you'll scratch and I'll show the grey again I think I would prefer it just molded in black
