I grew medium scale chilli plants, this plants really depending on the Ca from vegetative to generative stage, during the generative stage its getting tricky I got to balance the Ratio of the K to the Ca, Too much K potentially hinder the Ca uptake

Typically 0-0-12 Potassium Chloride blended with UAN. So you’re applying a N+K solution.

Explain your math, Potash is 60% K20. 100lbs is 60lbs K20. To get ppm you divide by 2. So at 100lbs of potash you are adding 30ppm K20. But 19-20ppm K since K is only 2/3 of K20. Where the heck did you get the 11ppm figure??!

To clarify, I don’t deny that test levels don’t typically reflect exactly what you apply. I assume you are making your conclusions from TriState recs. I just disagree with the math
