I love the name SisStar... one of the reasons I love His Holiness so much... is that unshakable sense of humor... it's made all the difference in my life... not his humor... my own we can all be like small children.. play nicely... everyone knows how to be nice... not everyone is funny... but to help people be nice... all ya got to do is... be nice tashi delek = all is well

What-luck and grace and a class of culture this brings! In every aspect of your life (schooling, family, friends, employers and coworkers) hold the person of more value then a presence, except for religion when Presence of mind is of vast importance. Cannot agree with the premise that we are all the same. Each and every person is as unique as the compilation of emotion, intellect and Spirit. You would crush that uniqueness into a single form through external force and this wrong and unacceptable. It is lies by those in power now that creates all the violence and they cannot be trusted to solve our problems.

Funny, 1:16:00 woman asks about what to do with negative technology posts (e.g. social media, and defriending, and so on). ....so.... she also said that such negative posts come from the "gut" and not the mind. So, all wrong )))))). ....first off, all that technology and all the social media posts come from human minds (based on ultimate causes, comes from dinosaurs too, and super novas, etc...). So enter Buddhism!!!! Three areas to practice of Buddhism: ethics, medication and wisdom. That is the answer to your question, try buddhism )))))))). Those three areas map like this to the 6 perfections: Ethics (generousity, discipline, patience, moral strength), meditation (meditation) and wisdom (wisdom). So wonderful negative social media posts!!!! Whoohoo!!! It is a training gym for your patience!!! Improve it!!!! Nonreciprocial altruism!!!! Improve it!!!! Quiet mind, stabalize it!!!!!! Wisdom about causation!!!!! Realize it!!!!!! Whooohoooo!!!!!! SAMAYAMANUPALA!!!!!!!!!
