That would be true if children learned this info in this way- telling. They do not, so health and science is taught through experiences- doing. Our goal in education is not to simply cover by lecturing, but to instill through life experiences. Oh and might I add that PARENTS have much more to do with a child’s diet and experiences impacting their own health than school. So the question would be, how do you teach the parents? If they want to learn the info is available. If they do not want to learn- they don’t.

When you attended university, you likely prefaced several of your professors surnames with, "Dr" because they had earned a doctorate in their field. For example, an English professor at Stanford, let's say "Ms. Smith" who has earned their doctorate is referred to as Dr. Smith. They are not a medical doctors, and no one thinks that they are. In fact, more people with the title of doctor are not medical doctors than are. It's an earned academic title. He clearly states his credentials in his "about" section.

Thank you John. May I observe a few things… 1. You are born to teach. 2. I would replace exercise with the term “physical activity” 3. I would stress the importance of “purpose” in life; without purpose we simply die I got to know only one grandfather. He lived in a tiny village. His purpose was to serve his family and his community, and help them progress. At the age of 90, he was younger in mind than most of my friends and peers at school, in a sense that it was more fulfilling for me to have a long conversation with him than with my peers about anything. He was curious, never critical, never complaining, always respectful, always treated people as adults, even the small kids… He never owned a car. He walked to his olive and citrus gardens daily. He took good care of his trees, his land, his chicken, his dogs and his horse. He always shared whatever he had with others, ate modestly, accompanying his meals with just half a glass of wine. Always slim and fit, until his last day. Eventually he peacefully died in his sleep at the age of 90.

For two years this channel has done nothing but train the mind into believing multiple "vaccines" is the answer to the worlds problems - ironically we have an upload dedicated to general health (which isn't rocket science and something anyone with half a brain can google). May I add the reasons for the spike in sickness is due many factors. Starting with the accumulative effects lockdown, social distancing and lack of social interaction. Because people haven't been interacting in the normal way over the past couple of years with social distancing measures, our immune systems are not being strengthened by normal interaction, i.e hand shakes, hugs, being in large gatherings and being around people normally. Instead, people are wearing masks, hand sanitizing, keeping away from each other and immune system is not being challenged, not being strengthened and being weakened over time. The immune system needs to be challenged in order to stay strong. Even if you have been as social as you can, clearly you have been less social than in previous years. It's fairly obvious that people are moving around much less, not in large crowds as much etc. This explains the spike in colds/flus and "shot" immune systems during this years respiratory season. These so called "vaccines" most certainly will have not helped your natural immunity in any way to combat anything going around this respiratory season.

Thanks John, as a Nutritional Therapist I am aware of epigenetics, I always believe that just because you have genes doesn’t mean you’ll get the disease. A team from Toronto University called Nutrigenomix do reports showing the snips in our genes which show how we process nutrients as individuals. I use them in my practice. My only quibble is that saturated fat is always seen as the baddie but hydrogenated fat and sugar are far worse for us. It’s worth looking at the work and hypothesis of Ancel Keys which affects our belief that Saturated fats are bad. The role of saturated fat and cholesterol in providing the firm walls of our cells is just one vital role. The Mediterranean & Scandinavian diet prove that countries which have diets rich in fat have less heart disease than countries with low fat diets. Ancel Keys study was debunked in 2017 and criticised in the BMJ in 2013.

The problem comes when we eat animal fats which have been fed either Soy or GM soy in their feed, and MOST ANIMALS farmed are fed this diet - it is impossible to buy all organic fat from animals, so every time l eat some non organic animal fat, l think of GM soya and think l am giving my body a little more poison... it isn't right animals eating all that soya, like it wouldn't be right if humans did also.

My idea of animals is they should be reared in a small scale and fed a traditional, non roundup diet, and should be killed humanely at short distance of where they come from. @@sharonevans5186 To borrow from John, "we are not designed" for vegan diets. The fact that without modern nutritional knowledge many if not most people would die of pernicious anemia on a vegan diet is all the proof you need. A plant based diet with limited animal products is perfectly healthy and the most realistic one. No animals need to die - eggs or dairy are sufficient. Man, that dying suddenly thing kinda hit me as one of my dogs died during the lockdowns last year, but she was about 16 and 1/2 and just up and died in the course of about 36 hours. It was awful, but when you do the math, that's thousands of great days and 2 crappy ones. Still sucks, but that's about as good as things can turn out.

With pet animals we are also permitted to euthanise if their pain is too much or they have terminal illnesses, which means that their great days would far outweigh their bad days. They are not subjected to long painful declines with terminal illnesses like humans are.

Great video. However, one pretty glaring omission that I would argue might be more important than all of these is...SLEEP! Sleep is the time when the majority of repair that prevents and fights disease takes place. Sleep quantity and quality is critical to health and longevity. According to circadian scientists such as Satchin Panda, the most important aspect of sleep hygiene is viewing bright light, ideally sunlight as soon to waking as possible and avoiding bright light in the evening. Also there is a growing body of evidence that says when you eat may be as important as what you eat, and that having a 12 -16 hour period every 24 hours when you don't eat is extremely good for longevity and health. If you are looking for very concise protocols about these topics I would recommend Dr. Andrew Huberman's podcast, Stanford neurobiologist.

Good point and Perhaps Dr John Campbell will add it to his chart eventually, it is now his to decide. The glyph for the environment might need to be bidirectional because also he said we can have effects on our surroundings. What glyph would you suggest for sleep? A westernised "Zzzzz..." or a more universal "crescent moon" or something else.

It's like this last 2 years had to happen in order to wake up and see where the root of health really is. In my day at school, we had sports days, cooking classes with real food, learnt where it all comes from and how it's grown, all good basics for good health. I strongly believe in seasonal eating, the planet supports our health, for example oranges grow in winter times when we need more vitamin C etc. Thanks for this video. 😀 🥰💖

That’s amazing that you had that in school!! I sadly can’t even imagine that being part of today’s student curriculum, but wish so badly that it would be. Kids today deserve to know the basics of what health even means-I didn’t learn until Lyme disease and coinfections “took hold” of my body in early adulthood. What I’ve learned since then as I heal myself with the help of doctors has been mind blowing, and has made me truly disgusted in how western medicine is practiced by so many doctors. It took 14 doctors for me to get a correct diagnosis. They love to put bandaids over symptoms rather than getting to the root cause, or even TEACHING their adult patients the essentials of living a healthy lifestyle are!

Brilliant illustration with the poster in illustrating the relationships that are important to us in promoting good health. As Deborah Atkins mentioned below, this video should be taught to every child as part of their education at school but is just as important to adults to reinforce those that they should practice. There is still so much the human race has to learn and study but we start from small humble beginnings!

You’re exceptionally brave discussing the insurmountable benefits of a healthy lifestyle. In the very beginning when I was trying to stress the importance of being healthy in the fight against covid I was told I was a conspiracy theorist & should listen to the science. My answer…I was listening to the science, the original factual truthful science. Thanks for this John.

@@RabJ208 Exactly & this is what I’ve felt has been the most damaging all along. I’ve tried in other comments to say more or less the exact same things you’ve said but for some reason my comments get removed. I think as soon as one mentions anything to do with strengthening our immune systems, it’s a big red flag. Let’s face it, when our prime minister came right out & said ‘don’t bother trying to lose weight, just get the j@b, it showed exactly what’s going on. They don’t want us to be well, they want us sick, weak, apathetic, feeble minded, scared & reliant on the state.

The misinformation is everywhere so everyone is going mad but I point people to your videos as they are like Naloxone for bad or misleading information. Thank you from a teacher in Florida.

Very, very good to put it in a nutshell like this. I’m so glad you posted this, and hopefully people will think about it, and act on this information. Thank you John. I was one that was in a toxic relationship, didn’t eat well, had a bad attitude, and generally was not living life well. I wanted to not be that way. My wife left me, and that was a tipping point, I developed cancer. Now I tick all the healthy boxes, and feel great. The cancer is still active, but very close to remission. I eat lots of vegetables, moderate protein, good fats, and very low carbohydrates. I exercise, get plenty of sleep, have a wonderful relationship with my new wife, and have good friends. I get outside in my garden, hiking, and biking. Yeah, life is good. I just wish some of my friends would do the same. I see so much pain and suffering in some of my friends, it hurts to see.
