I so respect your showing how things can go wrong & how you fix them! Many "KZfaqrs" might leave one feeling that if the project didn't work, the user was at fault. Not very empowering. You keep it real, & kind, & instructive. Much appreciation for that. But, am I the only one old enough to hear Jerry Lewis every time the product name "Hey, Lady" comes up? Thanks for another great video, & have a lovely evening. :0)

I'm with you on the bugs thing Nichol! 😂 You made this seen effortless, but you can still tell, it's a process, for sure! I've done the really simple iris cards that were the sliding 'doors?' I might have to try these ones out as they're definitely cooler - but I'm sure I will be trashing a number of partially done cards while at it! Lol Excellent tutorial! Tysvmfs!! 👍🤗💕🐞🐛

Only a card maker understands the time and detail that goes into making a card. I sent a sister my ‘prettiest card’ and she loved it, but didn’t know the 2 days work that went into it!

I had the exact same issue with the blue dots on my inked pieces...so no more inking all the way to the little X. Wonderful cards. I am stamping & coloring while watching & listening to this video. Thanks for sharing with us!

The Very Hungry Caterpillar! My kids loved that book and they were all born in the early 80's. I think it came out in the 70's. The Magic Iris really is magic : ) It is so fun seeing all the different ideas using this die set. Love it!

I wish I had watched this before I made my first Magic Iris last night... I had the same problem with the glue dots over my inked "sausages". These cards are GREAT! I love all three of them.

Nicole, Im just curious do you think theres a way to put 3D flower petals on the iris to make it look like a rose is opening up? It seems like it would be awesome. Closed it could be a bud that opens to a flower. Just wondering if something like that could be possible thanks for your time let me know if you think it could work. Ill have my die tomorrow i want to see if any of us could make that

I really found it hard to get the glue dots to stick as I had inked my card as you did. I wonder if it would make a difference if I used Tombo glue? .

My only daughter has her PhD in Entemology. I can't even say I spelled that correctly. I worked in Corrections. Ooh I loathe bugs n insects of all kinds. They're no good for me.
