Hello everyone - There are few easy and really affordable mods/add-ons that I have made to my motorcycle in the past two years of ownership and I thought of sharing these useful tips with you all.

Very practical insights. Thanks for posting. On the tiring posture front, my arms are straight and stretched out. Do you think it’s ok to install handlebar raisers on the interceptor?

Tubed tyres are a pain in the arse and a deal-breaker for me. But now I hear RE is releasing the 2023 Interceptor model with tubeless alloys, so I'm waiting to see this on our shores before deciding.

I have that Barcelona blue and believe me their spare parts are pain in the ass.I would suggest don't buy their 650cc.If you will visit service centre for any sensor issue they will reset it with DOL tool even if sensors are covered in warranty.I am with regular fight with SC. If you're going with your emotions then good luck coz you'll become a hardcore mechanic yourself.

Bhai 18 inch ke hi fit honge...and kisi or bike ke direct fit nahi honge.

It has severe heating issues in BS4 engine. Also brake fail issues are also there.

@@vijayasarathyshankar9185 Never experienced braking issue even after riding nonstop for 18-19 hours mostly on hills. Similarly have never faced any 'overheating' issues. It's a 650 air cooled engine so it does heatup but never to the point where it shuts down or anything.

Hi bro , I have a continental GT650 and I am planning of installing tripper navigation system of meteor to my bike . Can I install the tripper navigation system , is there any special type of connector . What are your opinions ?

Hi Harees.... It's very much possible to install the tripper navigation device (that of meteor) to your GT-650... There would be a holder that you'd need for keeping it in place and minor wiring and installing the plug with the battery.... It's definitely possible.

My height is 5'5" I'm getting confused about choosing correct bike for me. ADV 390 or Interceptor 650 ?? Personally I like ADV 390 Please suggest me

Hi Ashutosh....did you test ride the adv390... Being an adv bike it's seat height is pretty tall. Between the two...well they are completely different... If touring is the sole purpose then adv390 makes alot of sense....but if you want a classic bike with plenty or torque and a super smooth twin......the Int650.

There are 3 options to place the footpeg on the relocator.... If you choose the first option them the pillion's feet won't touch the rider's feet at all

Hi Prasun.... Yes you will need additional fuel between *Leh - Pang - Keylong* stretch and *Leh-Nubra-Pangong-leh* round trip I carried an additional Jerry can with 5 litres capacity.

Hi Samir....since GT has clip-ons as opposed to a regular handlebar on the Interceptor... You can go for something which fits into the center main bolt of the handlebar accessories.hitchcocksmotorcycles.com/accessory-shop/Fork-Nut-Clock/40669

There's no confirmation on the date when it'll be launched....So if you're willing to wait till i don't know when Plus If you're interested in a cruiser650.

Very much possible...but since the RD handlebar is a little tall you might have to re-route the wires.

Bro way 2speed nd outex are only applicable for the pirelli tyres , the new ceat tyres in my interceptor are tube type🤐

Ek dum se fuel bar gir jate h or tank mai oil hota h. Iska kya kre alag se fuel meter lgwa skte h kya? Koi solution mile to btana

Alag se fuel meter lag to jaega aftermarket but not sure kitna sahi lag paega meter console ke paas. Ek practical solution yahi hai ki hamesha refuel karte waqt trip meter ko zero kardo. Ek full tank pe INT650 almost 200-220 kms chalti hai low fuel indication ke aane tak. To jab trip meter 200-220 pohoche to seedha firse petrol bharva lo fuel bar pe na dhyan dete hue

Bhai uska koi ek solution nahi hai... Kisi ka spoke adjustment se theek hua, kisi ka Alignment adjustment se, kisi ko pura coneset hi khulvana pada to kisi ka tyre change karke sahi hua.

800 kilometers now & too much noise and vibration in 6th gear at 90-100 kilometers per hour. Never passed beyond 4.000 rpm. Maybe my Interceptor will need more time to soften up its engine :(

@@TheTwinPost they've done her 1st service at 500 km, oil-filter-valves, and I am a little bit obsessed with doing its 2nd service before 5.000 km in order to maintain the oil free of little metal particles as much as posible. Meanwhile, I'm trying not to force gas not too much and doing every ride under 4.000 rpm to make a good soften up to my Interceptor, but I'm not sure how many miles/km will it take until the day she get its engine working really smooth.
