Yeah except they all fall flat when you have a 90lbs woman beating up 300lbs dudes and pulling off Cliffhanger stunts with one arm. Elsa is cute and all but I was just rolling my eyes at the whole thing. A grizzled, beefy dude would have been way more believable in the role, and had this been 1994 or 1995 this would have been a Steven Seagal vehicle; 1984? This easily would have been a Chuck Norris film. 1974? Charles Bronson all the way.

@@elumiomerk4013 Yeah me too. He tried for years to get one of his established novels made into a movie but under the condition he could direct. The issue was that his books are so huge that no first time director is going to get the budget for it. So, he wrote interceptor to be set in one location, just as crazy, run and gun action, but localised, so the budget wasn't crazy, and it worked. He got the gig and will hopefully lead to more.

Honestly I'm still wondering why they don't make Red Storm Rising into a 4 hour movie or a 10 episode mini series. They can use the same equipment that they use for Mandalorian to get the shots involving aircraft (F-14) that they don't have anymore.
