As someone with a mastersdegree in floristry I would like to say that no sane florist would ever style real flowers like that. He has 100% put them in there by himself. And yes, its very clear that they are fake. White roses bruise easily and you would never place them that close to eachother because in 2 days they would turn brown and soggy.

I saw Poki react to all three videos of this tour and there's an interview at the end that is the most bizarre part of the whole thing. I don't know if you watched more on stream, but if you didn't you should. This guy is even crazier than he comes off.

My dad works in HVAC and just laughed at this house. From what he said this house is probably only slightly tolerable to stand in just because of the sheer mass of marble absorbing the heat from the sun. The air con isn’t doing jack, especially with all his “indoor-outdoor flow”. On top of that the design is so multi-leveled and convoluted there are certainly rooms barely getting any airflow. I would imagine the electric would have to be handled by a whole team of pros too. So much excess to make a very hollow, boring, soulless, tacky, awful house that isn’t even nice to be in.

I looked up some stuff about this house and its some of the most absurd shit. The dude took out a ~82 million dollar loan for it, built this incredibly tacky house, and is now facing 110 million dollar loan, with foreclosure looming in a couple months since he can't seem to sell it. Best part is this isn't the first time he did something like this apparently. It bothers me that stooges like this are living the rich life while declaring bankruptcy left and right

Honestly this is how people get who do a lot of coke. They get very sentimental with all of the seratonin, but it really doesnt last. The lows are bad and make you feel just as dejected to the world. So not saying he's not a good guy, but this is how a coke addict acts.

P.S.: I think building projects like these should be forbidden for ethical reasons. Soon there‘ll be another fellow wanting to build an even bigger house. ... and another one, and so on. It’s like competion with mega yachts, cars, jets, armament... What guys like these clearly lack is education. Or has anyone seen a single book, or a bookshelf, or heard a word of appreciation from him for books or any other cultural/intellectual achievements? This whole thing is the peak of wastefulness already just in terms of energy consumption alone for producing the cement used in all the concrete. It‘s totally unecological and - despite of all the ubiquitous making-the-world-a-better-place- and the Murano-glass-“charity“-sculpture-blabla - it’s one of the reasons why planet Earth gradually gets devastated. A recent Oxfam-study states that the upper 1% of the world population, the very wealthy, is responsible for 18% of the gases emitted contributing to global warming and climate change.

Love your input and how you can analyse it. The lines thing about hotels is super interesting. Still feel weird how much empty space there is in between rooms. Also look at them losing their breath from just walking around the house on a house tour lol. And hell no you can't have kids in this house they'll drown in one of the like 7 pools with zero fencing around them. It's a deathtrap for children and drunk people
