Interior & Exterior Car Detail Of A DIRTY Jaguar XF

4 жыл бұрынThis filthy and neglected Jaguar XF receives a thorough cleaning and decontamination, followed by a paint correction. To protect the freshly polished paintwork, we applied 2 layers of carnauba wax. The interior also gets deep cleaned.

Simply stunning mate. I love that you still use old carnuaba wax from time to time. A great option for those that cant afford a ceramic coating.

Great work brother. What's the best method for cleaning that silver trim that borders those windows? I come across that alot and it always has dull water staining that's difficult, if not impossible, to remove safely.

Thank you! I’d recommend using something like CARPRO MetalliCut to bring it back to it’s full glory (by hand on a towel will work)

Nice work!!! Could you please let me know how did you fix or restore the buttons inside below the navigation? I have the same XF and i am going to order some of the product mentioned in your details. Thank you looking forward to the reply

Thank you! Sometimes it's just not possible to completely restore things like this, since these were actually damaged. Well I guess there are companies out there who specialize in stuff like this, but in most cases it's probably cheaper to replace it in order to get it perfect. I was only able to improve the appearance of the buttons, by simply cleaning them and carefully removing some of the old, excess material. Hope this helped and good luck on cleaning your XF 👍

Great video,stunning quality and editing skills. But...there are few things that I don’t like. Snow foam it’s a pre-wash,not a contact wash. So it’s meant to stay on the car for few minutes and than rinsed off. After that you can wash it with 2BM and some dedicated shampoo(that’s the correct way of doing it). Plus that..I haven’t seen any decontamination before polish....

Thank you. I’d recommend checking out some of my newer videos. I simply didn’t include all steps back when I made these videos 😉 also, I usually foam the car twice, first as a prewash and the 2nd time for extra lubrication. That’s also the reason why the foam was still abundantly on the car when I started washing.

Yes all products used are CARPRO. Here I used Clearcut on a microfiber cutting pad, followed by Reflect on a yellow Rupes foam pad.

Why anyone would neglect such a nice car in the first place is beyond me. I have an almost identical XF and I'm washing mine every week, using products detailers swear by.
