youre such a talented builder, and i think one of your strongest suits is that you are able to use vertical space so well. so many other builders would just fill walls up with paintings or smth, but you add so much depth and visual interest to walls that you make the dreaded tall walls look super amazing.

I learned a few new tricks. Thank you. You are the perfect person to ask for this request which is a double fireplace with a raised foundation for a bedroom living room back to back. It's hard to make the fireplaces stay in place. But it is also hard to find a floor that makes it look like it is raised from the rest of the house. This is in a mid century. The original builder just put a fire pit in between.

Found a neat little hack for putting useable stools at counters they can't snap to. Grab one of the 4 seater tables from Dine Out that requires stools instead of dining chairs and size it down. Use the move objects cheat and place it inside the counter you wish to place a stool at. I put it as close as possible to the edge where the stool will go. A stool will still snap to the table inside the counter as long as move objects is still on. Sometimes the island counters bother me. They're so large and bulky! I like to use the regular counters in smaller builds to create smaller islands or to make a vanity/make-up area in fancy bathrooms. This has helped a lot.
