Seems like a lot of the logic is reused from the fire recall present in most elevators.

it is surprising that there is not a crash cart on each floor / hospital unit. the lockdown during medical emergencies through multiple locking doors seems like a hinderance to code responses considering time lost can equal organ or life lost, sadly.
