I agree with the below comment regarding the preparation step, it is poorly danced. More than the timing, I dislike how he leans to the left (a broken sway), visibly disturbing the lady. Oddly enough, the Natural that follows has no sway at all. Also not enough CBM on the Natural Turn and other right-turning actions.

The prep step for this couple is off time. It should land on the "&" between 3 and 1. They land before the 3. Same for other videos of this couple.
